Leandertables Recent history Leander Health Technologies, Inc., a Kansas Corporation, purchased the assets of Leader International Corporation & Leader Manufacturing, Inc. on July 12, 2007. Leander Health Technologies, Inc. has been actively manufacturing and selling chiropractic tables and replacement parts since August 2007. Leander Health Technologies, Inc. is based in Lawrence KS at 815 E. 12th St. The company has ten full-time employees and three part-time employees as of June, 2008. Four models of Leander tables are being manufactured with two other models in the engineering stage. These two models will be introduced by the end of 2008. The table models being manufactured at this time are: 900 Series, 900+ Series, Leander Lite and the TK90. The three tables with continuous passive motion (CPM) are the 900 Series, 900+ Series and the TK90. These models are known worldwide for quality, reliability and performance. The majority of the parts for these tables are manufactured in-house with precision and attention to accuracy. Lesson Motors are quiet and give continuous passive motion. The motors are 29 pound & 1/3 hsp. Rossi gearboxes are quiet, reliable and heavy duty for long lasting durability. The gearboxes are cast iron and manufactured in Italy. The recommended lubricant for the gearbox is Mobil SHC 634. The gas strut is manufactured by Suspa and the mechlocks used for the tables are manufactured by P.L.Porter. The table cushions are covered with Boltaflex® commercial grade vinyl. This covering feels and acts like genuine leather and is available in more than two dozen popular colors.
